Background: Based in Kansas City, but probably most likely to be found out in the middle of nowhere. As a full-time Western photographer/videographer I do whatever I can to be around horses or bulls as often as possible.Somehow I've managed to stay married for almost 20 years and I have two teenage boys to add to the excitement. If I am home and not editing or reading, I'm most likely watching soccer or movies.
Go-To Author: I'm a ride or die Daniel Silva fan and my world comes to a stop whenever he drops a book. The action, intrigue, and character development still enthralls me even after 20 books in his Gabriel Allon series.
Author People Should Discover: Rio Youers is an acclaimed writer, but I'm always amazed when people aren't familiar with him. Rio crafts some of the best villains I've ever read and his storylines are always unique, yet relatable.
Book You Would Recommend From 2025: An Inside Job by Daniel Silva was my top book in 2025.
Most-Anticipated Book Of 2026: The Hard Line by Mark Greaney is my most-anticipated book in 2026. Greaney is a master of the genre, but it's the plot in this one that's got it top of my list.
Charities Todd Supports: War Horses for Veterans is a horsemanship based program that helps active duty, veterans, and first responders suffering from PTSD through community and horses.
Favorite Local/Indie Bookstore: The Raven in Lawrence, KS is the place I fell in love with bookstores.
