This book will happily add a few more to the collection.
I have been reading Hank Phillippi Ryan for quite some time, and I honestly think this may be her best yet. The title itself becomes such an important part of the story. Mother. Daughter. Sister. Stranger. Those words represent relationships we think we understand, yet Ryan continually challenges what it really means to know someone. This is exactly the kind of domestic thriller I love, packed with family dysfunction, buried secrets, relentless pacing, and enough twists to keep my thriller brain working overtime. I trusted approximately nobody, including my own theories, and I was completely fine with that. This was bingeable from beginning to end and absolutely had me messaging my reader friends with one simple instruction: mark this one down because you need to read it. Everyone has a family story. The Ramsey family just happens to have one that could get you killed.
