Last we saw our hero, Harvath was retiring to enjoy married life with Sølvi. Leaving readers anxious that we’d seen the last of our beloved character kicking ass and taking names. However, fear not my friends, because it turns out Brad Thor has crafted a highly engaging story that blends elements of our current political and social climate with a fictitious attack that thrusts Harvath back into the hot seat, slinging lots of lead downrange and taking out a bevy of bad guys involved in a massive conspiracy to reshape America.
Well, at least let’s hope this story is fiction. Because let’s be honest, Brad Thor’s track record of predicting future events is cause for concern. They don’t call him the “King of Faction” for nothing. So maybe keep your heads on a swivel just in case.
