In October, we presented The Big Con: a series of four panels covering insights from bestselling authors, leading podcasters, BTB reviewers and a book marketer.
Each panel is an hour Zoom call with a 30-minute discussion of topics and a 30-minute Q&A with attendees.
Bestselling Authors Panel
The panel will discuss: how they became an author, an aspect of the publishing industry they did not expect and advice they would provide themselves if they could go back to any point in their career.

Podcasters Panel
The panel will discuss: why they started podcasting; lessons they’ve learned/pitfalls; their booking process/how people might appear on their show and tips for people considering a podcast.
Eric Bishop - A Tale of Two Scribes
My debut novel, The Body Man, came out late 2021. In 2023, I started my own book imprint/publishing company, BruNoe Media Publishing. Ransomed Daughter, A Troy Evans Novella introducing The Omega Group came out in October 2023. Breach of Trust, the second book in The Body Man Series came out in June 2024, while Babylon Will Rise, the next novel featuring The Omega Group came out in December 2024. In July 2025, I released Supreme Justice, the third book in The Body Man Series. 2026 should see the new books in the The Omega Group and The Body Man Series of books.

Terrence is an award-winning, bestselling writer of thirty novels, including thrillers, crime fiction and westerns. Travis Davis - Author Ecke
Travis joined the US Army at 17-years old as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist and was stationed in the various forts in the United States and Germany, where he met his beautiful wife. Travis has received multiple awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal and five Army Commendation Medals.
When he is not writing or working, Travis enjoys exercising, traveling, baking different loaves of bread, and relaxing in his backyard with friends and family while having a cold beer. He has lived in Allen, Texas, with his wife for over 35 years. He has two daughters and a son.
Reviewers Panel
The panel, who have reviewed more than 1,000 books for BTB, will discuss: a bit about the BTB process, how they select the books they review, what about certain books makes them stand out from others and their favorite book of 2025.
